Dear Lord, I come to you a broken woman. You know what my husband has done to me. I ask that you would now begin to heal my pain, my rejection, my abandonment, my sorrow and my depression. I ask that you would fill me with your loving Holy Spirit. Let me know how very much you love me. Show me that I am valuable. Give me the wisdom to stand up for myself, to protect myself and to stop this abuse. I ask that you would send a friend to hold my hand and encourage me during this difficult time. Precious Lord, give me a new chapter in my life. Let me once again find peace, joy and hope in the midst of this journey. Help me to find people who are willing to help me. I ask that you would now send your heavenly angels to surround me and protect me that I will never be abused again. I know that abuse is demonic and it is NEVER your will for me to be abused in any way. Give me the courage to stand up for myself. Help me to love myself in the same way that you do. I ask all of this in Jesus name.

Trust in the unfailing love of the Lord, and in His promises.
Give Him this day and everything that it holds.
Walk in His goodness, knowing that His gentle hand will guide you and keep you.
