Dear Lord, help me move on with my life. I woke up this morning with great sorrow in my heart. I still remember Paul and I am still bothered with our separation. I can't sleep and eat. I want to do well in life but I feel very weak.I am really sad, desperate,lonely, anxious, and afraid to move on. I don't know what to do. Please bless me with a clear mind and honest heart. Bless me with joy and let me appreciate what I have right now is the most important.

When I woke up in the morning. All thoughts seemed to come from nothing. I felt like focusing on a thought. How did it feel? There is tension in my mind, no one knows anything. I'm trying to stay away from such thoughts. But then we go again.
