Dear Lord,

### has gotten his promotion and honestly, it has gotten to ###'s head.. And if not, why is that, ### has always took thing personal, always to heart and always wrote ppl up.. Doesn't ### not understand that he is basically hurting people significantly?? I can not view a person who takes everything so personal to be a leader... Because a leader set aside their fear and emotion to do what is best for others... To carry integrity. I know that myself is not much of a leader also, because I am so reserved and drawn back... -but I am trying to step out of that zone.. ---(I am just saying that with this position that is handed down to ### makes it worst for ppl who come across ###.. Just saying one word can be a slip of a downfall).

I'm learning to roll with these punches but Lord help me to not knock out..

I don't wanna get hit.. And I understand what I did was undermining but..... It's still shouldn't be a thing I should do... It's not so professional... Hugh..... Show me what to do Lord and open my heart to do what is needed...

(And if ### has to ever fall... Please let it be with his own doing and his own hands)....

I rather not be there to see it or to be part of it....

But I defiantly know ###'s heart needs to be broken down.. And the position that ### is in will always uphold ###'s pride... I honestly rather have u take it away but that is really up to u...
