Dear Jesus,

I come to you for a friend. He believes and I hope that he calls your name himself, but an added prayer never hurts. His wife left him 2-months ago w/ his children and he has been devastated ever since. God I pray that you give him the strength and he belief to go on. I pray that you take the anger in his heart away, I pray that his upcoming court hearing goes in his favor (not because he is my friend), but because his wife left him for another man. He's a good man and a good friend and I ask you to caress and soften heart. Please give him the strength that he needs.

Father God, it is hard to imagine how terrible this must be. I pray for our brother that You give him great strength through all of this. May the children know well and clear that their mother is in sin and that this new situation is completely unacceptable in God's eyes, no matter how she tries to justify it.
