Dear Jesus I am sorry I have sinned again please forgive me for venting and complaining at work to some people about others please let no harm come to me from this talking even though I don't deserve it I feel scared about this please deliver me and help me stop this habitual sin this is no excuse but please prevent my negative feelings and frustrations in my current workplace from leading me into engaging in these sorts of behaviours please forgive me for breaking someone's confidence in one matter and please let the person I told keep it to themselves Lord please forgive me I am sorry in Jesus Name amen thank You
