Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### who is experiencing work-related stress and anxiety. Lord, You see the bullying and criticism she has faced from her colleagues, and how deeply it has affected her. We ask for Your divine intervention in her situation.
Lord, Your Word says in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We pray that ### feels Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind.
Father, we ask that You shield ### from all nastiness and negativity. Help her to cope with the challenges she faces and to find strength in You. We pray that You turn this situation around, allowing positivity and goodness to prevail.
Lord, we also ask that You touch the hearts of those who have been unkind to ###. May they come to know Your love and grace, and may their actions be transformed.
In Jesus' name, we pray for protection, peace, and a positive change in ###'s work environment. Amen.
