Dear Jesus Christ,
May I have your help with my requests and may everyone pray for me for my prayer requests. I am going through some horrible issues. I am extremely worried. I received a letter in the mail stating that I will have to lose my benefits. The letter said that I have to see a doctor for 12 months for my condition and I haven't been to any doctors for 12 months. I tried to find a doctor today but I kept getting told no that they do not accept Medicaid. I called one doctor today and they said they would give me a call back but they didn't today. I have only 2 weeks to find a doctor and have an employee look at my continuing form. Also, I am experiencing horrible tooth pain in two of my back teeth and I haven't been able to eat for 3 weeks and I am scared to go to the dentist to have it seen. I pray in Jesus Christ's name that he have these requests done in his name, Amen.
