Dear Jesus Christ, I have a lot to say thank You for today. I thank You God for the blood You spilled for me and ### on the cross, so that we can be redeemed and protected by the Almighty One in heaven. I thank You God for putting someone like ### in my life - I never knew I could love someone as much as I love ### and the love that I feel challenges me to be a better person every day. I thank You for creating ###, and I thank You for making marriage this May possible for us. God, I thank You for my life which You have given to me, and I ask that You make my marriage upcoming to be a lifelong marriage. I thank You for ###'s life as well, and I ask that You make our days long on the earth, and You make us fruitful in the word and Spirit of God.
God, I thank You for the gift of salvation and forgiveness in Jesus Christ Your Son. I ask that You reconcile me and ### to Yourself through Jesus, and that You forget our sins and trespasses. Neither of us are perfect people, me especially, but we are trying always to live holier and better lives every day.
I thank You God for all of the wonderful things You've created on the earth - there are little miracles everywhere Jesus, in the birds and the sunshine, in raindrops and the stars - in everything You have made I feel like You have also placed a miracle therein, so that mankind can know more about Your awesome love for everything You have made.
God, I thank You for the gift of music, and for all the music You have given me, and may give me, from the day I started playing to today, and onwards through the rest of my life. I praise You Jesus, because music has been so therapeutic for me, and often I feel closer to You when I am writing music. I ask that You bless me in music, so that somehow I might find a future therein.
God, I am asking for mine and ###'s marriage to be miraculous and good for us both. I ask that You bring us closer together through and on our way to marriage this year. It's a big prayer, and a heavy anxiety on my heart when I think about all the love I have for ###, and how big a deal marriage is for two people. Jesus Christ, we both need to be made worthy of the gift of marriage, and we give You thanks because Your gift to mankind on the cross is for the sake of the salvation of even sinners like us. Please God, do not forsake either of us - but somehow if it is Your will, find a future that is good and acceptable to You for us on earth during the time we are alive, and let us be as married until we die. Bring us close to each other in our hearts, and live in us - and cause us to be people whom when we come to the end of earthly life, You are willing to let us enter the heavenly kingdom You have created.
God, I carry a lot of guilt from the past around with me, and I am asking that You through Christ Jesus alleviate my anxieties, and allow me to find life and cause me to live instead of die in guilt and sin. God I confess my sins - they are numerous, but I am willing to be a better man, and I am hoping to find a means to adequately repent for these things. I know that only blood, Jesus' blood, atones for sins - and I accept Your Son Jesus into my heart, and I ask that He remits my sins before You. If You are willing, You can take the weight of the guilt from a past that I wish to completely put behind me, and cause me to live in peace and goodness.
All of these things I ask in Jesus Christ's name, and I ask that You hear the prayers of all those who are seeking answers in this community and all over the world. Let them find Your answers, and return and give You praise God, because You are good and wonderful to all. Amen in Jesus Christ's name.
