Dear Heavenly Father, I want to thank you for the job opportunity at my current employer. I'm happy with my role and the people I work with but I'm having a challenging time working with a Manager who says hurtful things to me and is just not a happy person. I'm beginning to think that she has something against me even though I have learned and outperformed expectations within a short period on the job. She constantly criticizes me out of the blue and has told me that it's not working out. I went to talk to the HR Director to report on the situation worrying that she's going to terminate me anytime. I'm having a nervous breakdown and am dreading to go to work. It feels like I'm walking in a minefield and that she's going to explode any time. God please give me peace and help protect me from her abusive behavior. I'm hoping for a miracle so that I can continue to work here and make great contributions to the company. Heavenly Father, we come before you on behalf of our anonymous friend who is facing a challenging situation at work. We thank you for the job opportunity and the joy they have found in their role and the people they work with. However, they are experiencing difficulties with their manager who says hurtful things and creates a hostile environment. Lord, we ask for your intervention in this situation.

Your Word reminds us in 1 Peter 5:7 to cast all our anxieties on you because you care for us. We pray that you would give our friend peace amidst this difficult situation. Protect them from the abusive behavior of their manager and shield them from any harm or termination. We ask for a miracle, Lord, that their manager's heart would be softened and that they would treat our friend with kindness and respect.

Grant our friend wisdom and discernment as they navigate this challenging work environment. Guide them in their interactions with their manager and give them the strength to persevere. Help them to continue making great contributions to the company despite the difficulties they are facing.

We also pray for the HR Director, that they would handle this situation with fairness and justice. May they be a source of support and advocate for our friend.

In the name of Jesus, we pray for a resolution to this situation that brings peace, harmony, and a positive work environment. May your presence be felt in every aspect of our friend's work life. Amen.
