I am sorry for my sins, and ask for your help at work and in all areas. I ask for strength and for physical healing of my body. I also ask for the ability to deal with emotions and stress. Also, please watch over my love ones, especially my family and ###. Protect them and help them. Draw me closer to you. I also ask for help for my manager at work who is dealing with a hard time.
