Dear Heavenly Father God,

Please return my strength, i have been weak lately, spiratually and physicially, i havent been sleeping as much and its making me tired most of the day, give me strength to keep up a good relationship with you, i know you tried to speak to me over the weekend and i just didnt listen, i know you are not punishing me my lord, fill my heart and soul with your presence.

Lord, we humbly bow before your throne. We ask a special blessing for Adam. Lord, whatever is causing the sleep problem, I pray you would help Adam to deal with it and overcome it. I pray your hand upon him to lead and guide him in all his comings and goings. I pray you would fill him with your love. Let your spirit wash over him and return his strength. Give him wisdom and draw him close to you. Refresh him, Lord, as only you can do. Thank you, Lord. Amen

Lord I ask that You speak to Adam and give him the blessed assurance of Your Love, mercy, grace and kindness towards him. Let him be bathed with Your presence at this moment and let him be touched by the Masters hand that Adams can be renewed by the power and the blood of Jesus Christ. Amen
