We join you in lifting up this new month to our gracious Heavenly Father, giving all glory and honor to His holy name. We are thankful that you have submitted this month to God's throne of mercy, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking His face and His will for your life. We are thankful this request is in Jesus Name.
Firstly, we address the spirit of lust that you've mentioned. We must rebuke this sin in the name of Jesus Christ. First John 2:16 reads, "For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, isn’t the Father’s, but is the world’s." Lust is a temptation that must be actively resisted. We pray that God will fill you with His Holy Spirit, granting you the strength and self-control to overcome this temptation. In the name of Jesus, be free from these feelings. Replace them with the fruits of the spirit in Galatians 5:22-23. May God direct your heart to love ### with a pure, godly love, as described in 1 Timothy 5:2.
Regarding your desire for ### to love you unconditionally and treat you right, we encourage you to seek God's will for your relationship. It is very important that this relationship is one of courtship with the intention of marriage and it is only in Jesus name that this can be blessed. Colossians 3:19 says, "Husbands, love your wives, and don’t be bitter against them." We pray that ### will seek to follow God's guidance in his life and that your relationship will be centered on God's will and His glory.
In your academic pursuits, we pray that God will grant you focus, productivity, and success. Colossians 3:23 says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." May God bless your efforts to grow and learn, and may He use your education for His glory.
We stand with you in praying for God's blessing on your business. Matthew 6:33 says, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." May God bring customers from all directions and cause your business to thrive.
As for your family, we pray for God's provision, protection, and abundance. In the name of Jesus we come against poverty and sickness and declare health, abundance, and provision. May God fill your baskets to overflowing and meet every need according to His riches in glory. We specifically lift up ###, asking God to heal her completely and stop the bleeding. Isaiah 53:5 says, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." May God grant her total healing and restore her health.
Lastly, we join you in seeking a closer walk with God this month. James 4:8 says, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." May God draw you ever closer to Him, and may you experience His presence and guidance in a deeper way.
Heavenly Father, we lift up our dear sister/brother before You, asking for Your blessing, guidance, and provision in every area of her/his life. Grant her/him victory over temptation, wisdom in relationships, success in academics and business, and healing and provision for her/his family. Draw her/him ever closer to You, and may Your will be done in every area of her/his life. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to call on the name of Jesus and seek his will for your life. Philippians 2:9-11 says "Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
