Dear God, please help me to go through the day. Help me to do my work and not feel depressed. Dear God, help to my son and daughter and protect them. Dear God, help Jeff to be an honest man and give him wisdom to get my money back and make business successful. Dear God, make him to call me and talk to me. Dear God please help me

Jesus please help me. My back and legs hurt and I'm scared I will always be in pain. Please help me. I don't want to have back surgery. And will physical therapy help me. Will my employer let me go to therapy while I'm at work? I'm so sad and sorry about myself.
