Dear God please help me to feel better from my anxiety and fears. My mental health hasn't been good lately but I am slowly recovering in Jesus name amen

We pray for you, ###, that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, would indeed guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We thank God that you are slowly recovering, and we ask that He would continue to strengthen you and give you courage. Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).

In your journey, we encourage you to continue to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Keep your focus on Jesus, and He will guide you through this challenging time.

Father God, hold ### in your arms right now bring peace of mind. There are different types of anxiety and different reasons for them but you can bring relief from them all. I pray that you walk this path with them and direct them to their place of healing. Yes, you can heal instantaneously. However, sometimes, healing is a process for us and we learn so much. I pray God that the heaviness that anxiety can put upon you will be lifted from ### and replaced with a peace only you can give. Lord, we expect positive feedback from your involvement in this prayer. - Amen

PS This is a road I have walked and understand in every aspect. I am still walking out my healing but learned there were things that I needed to deal with too, i.e. learning to set boundaries, dealing with past wounds and hurts, rejection, abandonment, and much more. I have even gotten mad at God at times for not instantly healing me. If he had, I would still have all the previously mentioned baggage.
