We join you in lifting up your concerns to our Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ. It's encouraging to see that you're praying in the name of Jesus, as this is the way God has provided for us to approach Him. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Yeshua said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Firstly, we praise God for your heart to intercede for your neighbors and your home. God cares about every detail of our lives, and He wants us to bring our concerns to Him. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up this child of God and their home to You. We pray for Your protection and blessing over their household. In accordance with Psalm 91: WEB: "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust. For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."
We also bring before You the neighbor who is struggling with drug addiction. We pray that You would deliver them from this bondage, Lord. We know that You wept over the sorrow and sufferings of all people and that we are to cry out to God when we are in trouble. And that in Jesus name, we can find freedom from anything that has a hold on us. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 3:17 WEB "Now the Lord is the Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty." We ask that You would bless them and bring conviction to their hearts where they seek to find healing and restoration in Jesus Christ.
We also pray for all the neighbors, that You would bless them and protect them. Let us be reminded of the call to love our neighbors as ourselves, as told in Mark 12:31 WEB "The second is like this, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these."
We ask all this in Jesus name,
We also encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's will for your life and those around you. Remember, God is faithful, and He hears our prayers in Jesus Christ the righteous. Be encouraged by the words in James 5:16 WEB "The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective."
Keep trusting in the Lord, and He will direct your paths.
