Dear God, I pray for you to have compassion for my husband, who hurts so much. I pray healing for his broken heart and wounded spirit, so that he can hope once again and experience God's Love and my love. I pray he can learn to take his eyes of the hurt that I have caused by my neglect, and allow God to do his work in him. I pray he can hope once again, and that hope will become faith, so that he can reenter our marriage with an open heart, and be victorious in all aspects of his life. I pray for you to wash away his discouragement, and for him to agree to join me in counseling, where we may have a safe space to work through our wounds and show love to one another again.
