Dear God,
I have just emailed HR with feedback on coping strategies she gave me to help me with the workplace bully. Oh, God! Thank You! When I faced the bully and politely and privately let her know how she made me feel, she responded with a non-apology apology of a narcissistic personality. And she went on to tell me what life was like from her perspective and how stupid staff would fail in their performances. She came across as being the one who needed to receive apologies from all the staff who didn't complete their tasks. Thank You for the grace to not get into an argument with her and to politely excuse myself at the right moment. Dear God, please be with me, lead and guide me through each and every day. Please bring songs of worship and praise in my spirit and make it a situation where I look to You and You only as we pass through this together. In Jesus Christ's Name amen.
