Dear Friends:

This spiritual depression I'm encountering will not go away. I have requested prayer after prayer and prayed hours in the night. I know that I have committed some sins over the years - mostly responding to personal attacks with sarcasm or revengeful comments - along with some sexual sins involving pornography and brief affairs almost eighteen years ago, but I have confessed these sins to the Lord and my wife. Please pray that the dark cloud be lifted.
