Dear Friends:

I'm undergoing a deep depression with suicidal ideation. Today I drove by a pawn and gun shop and fantasized about stopping and going in and purchasing a gun and killing myself. I did not act on the impulse. I am under psychiatric care for 17 weeks but am experiencing little improvement. The medications are not working as they should. The complicate things I am a minister. A lot of my problem can be traced to my fifteen years as a Hospice chaplain and all the tragic situations and deaths I encountered. Please pray for my healing.

Precious child of God , there is no distance in prayer and I just want to let you know that my husband just said a very powerful prayer on your behalf ! You have much work here left to do or the enemy would not want to destroy you , You know who's voice you hear that is telling you to kill yourself , and he wants your very soul ! The scripture tells us to submit to God and resist the devil . Whether you " feel " like it or not , as a sacrifice of praise , begin to worship Him , turn on some praise and worship music , it WILL bring down the presence of the Lord ! Worship changes the atmosphere ! You cannot give in to this , remember what the word of God says ...... the battle is His and the victory is YOURS ! Right now we speak the renewing of your mind , a sound mind in the name of Christ Jesus !!! Call out His name , demons flee ! In the name of Jesus we command this depression and thoughts of suicide to leave and never return ! Read your bible often all fill your mind with what the word of God says about you , His beloved child . And please call upon other Pastors and have them pray for you , you are NOT alone in this . God is right there beside you , draw near to Him  and He WILL draw near to you . We speak the windows of heaven to pour out a blessing on you , in Jesus name . His love for you is unending , unchanging , and eternal !

Dearest Sir , we have a scripture for you to hold onto , it is Isaiah 26 : 3 & 4 ....... Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace , whose mind is stayed on thee , because he trusteth in thee . Trust ye in the Lord forever for the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength . You are in our prayers !

There can be many physiological causes for depression. A major one is having proper thyroid function. You can have blood tests considered normal but the hormone is not being used by your body cells. Read book by Dr. Mark Starr, Hypothyroidism Type 2, available on Amazon. Correcting this can help much of your depression.

Use 2% Lugol's solution Iodine, start by putting 2 drops on skin a day for a couple of months then start taking it orally. Take 5000 IU of vitamin D3 daily. Take 2000 mg of vitamin C and 1000 mg MSM each morning to assist your adrenals (handle stress and help your thyroid).
