### became free of alcohol addiction in Jan 2018---- sometimes all ### could do was hide ### face and say "Jesus help ###" till it passed ( and it did pass, always) in the meantime repair ### body which will help more than ### may realize... and get these vitamins to help --- draw on God's strength as we have none in ourselves- ### will keep ### in ### prayers ....... be most careful what "thoughts" ### allow in and ### will need to "cut out" people in ### life who ### once were party buds if ### haven't already... those 2 things were for ### the MOST necessary to ### sobriety.... again God Bless- B vitamins :...individuals fighting with alcohol addiction can safely take B1 (thiamine). A multivitamin can also provide an adequate dosage of B2 (riboflavin) and B6 (pyridoxine).
Vitamin C....a vitamin C deficiency will make ### feel fatigued or depressed. These are the opposite of what ### want when ### are already facing withdrawal symptoms.
Omega-3 for depression. Milk Thistle for ### liver.
