Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Please pray for me. The company I work for has lost (due to attrition) its middle management team. Sadly, it has hastily replaced that team with individuals lacking in experience and the ability to think outside the box. As a result, many new and very ineffective and inefficient protocols have been put in place to 'resolve' issues that in reality, shouldn't be issues at all. Far too much time is being dedicated to filling out redundant forms using outdated systems which greatly reduces productivity, thus creating an extremely high level of unresolved situations awaiting solutions. I'm stuck here for the duration. Please ask God to open the eyes of upper management and cause them to realize there are folks still with the company capable of fixing the problems that are preventing the company for moving ahead. I ask this in Jesus Name. Amen.
