Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Please help me to deal with an ongoing situation with my family. It's tiring and I definitely need God's Helping Hand here. My mom is frail elderly, with little cash on hand, and needs desperately to fix up her property. I don't have the finances to assist, and even though she won't admit it, neither does my sister. There is an option that makes a lot of sense to me. The catch is, no mortgage payments until she moves off the property or stops paying the property tax/home owners insurance. It would cut the so-called inheritance my sister and I would split when the time comes, but at least mom could spend her twilight years in a home that is comfortable and not falling apart. I ask this in Jesus Name. Amen.
