Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Once again I would like to say that I am so thankful to our Heavenly Father for the continued prayers, not just for me, but for the folks God places on my heart to lift up in prayer. I truly hope you are blessed.

I would also ask that you pray for me. First, my physical and mental health. I have suffered a number of concussions over my lifetime which is apparently causing some psychological issues. I am also suffering some fairly serious dental issues and unfortunately until the insurance kicks in I cannot afford to see a dentist. The same is true with my knees, weight, and left shoulder. My vision seems to be diminishing too.
Second, I would ask you to pray for my ability to keep working. Ask God to help me do my job in a way that is pleasing to Him.
Third, and this is the one that weighs so heavily on my soul, I am facing some serious criminal charges early next month. I have a public defender who appears to be doing only the minimum to represent me. In the six months or so this lawyer has been representing me I have only spent an hour or two discussing my case. The thing about the case is, yes I am guilty, but not of the charges I am facing. I don’t want to have to go to jail, especially if I’m convicted of these bogus charges. I will be the first to admit I broke the law, but the charges I am facing are grossly exaggerated. It appears I am the patsy, and my former employer is using my coerced confession to cover a myriad of questionable business practices he managed to convince me to go along with. Now I face a serious felony charge instead of a simple misdemeanor charge.
Please ask our Heavenly Father to touch and soften the hearts of everyone involved in this case (both directly and indirectly) and cause them to proceed with this case and their dealings with me with and attitude of love, forgiveness, healing, mercy, and leniency. If at all possible ask God to cause those pushing for my conviction to either drop the charges or reduce the charges.

I would also ask that you pray for me. First, my physical and mental health. I have suffered a number of concussions over my lifetime which is apparently causing some psychological issues. I am also suffering some fairly serious dental issues and unfortunately until the insurance kicks in I cannot afford to see a dentist. The same is true with my knees, weight, and left shoulder. My vision seems to be diminishing too.
Second, I would ask you to pray for my ability to keep working. Ask God to help me do my job in a way that is pleasing to Him.
Third, and this is the one that weighs so heavily on my soul, I am facing some serious criminal charges early next month. I have a public defender who appears to be doing only the minimum to represent me. In the six months or so this lawyer has been representing me I have only spent an hour or two discussing my case. The thing about the case is, yes I am guilty, but not of the charges I am facing. I don’t want to have to go to jail, especially if I’m convicted of these bogus charges. I will be the first to admit I broke the law, but the charges I am facing are grossly exaggerated. It appears I am the patsy, and my former employer is using my coerced confession to cover a myriad of questionable business practices he managed to convince me to go along with. Now I face a serious felony charge instead of a simple misdemeanor charge.
Please ask our Heavenly Father to touch and soften the hearts of everyone involved in this case (both directly and indirectly) and cause them to proceed with this case and their dealings with me with and attitude of love, forgiveness, healing, mercy, and leniency. If at all possible ask God to cause those pushing for my conviction to either drop the charges or reduce the charges.
