Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. I’m tired, feeling down and out, and need God’s help to get out of the rut I’m stuck in. Please pray for my mental, physical, and spiritual health; my finances, dog, truck, tasks I need to complete, and figuring out a way to get my mom’s debts paid off. Please pray for my family, friends, acquaintances, and enemies too. I ask this in Jesus Name. Amen.

Proverbs 17:22 tells us, "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones." Stay happy and your body will begin to heal itself/ Keep anger, fear and frustration out of your thoughts they can cause health problems.
