Dealing with neighbor harassment

Hi Saints! I love you and I know God is protecting us. Please pray for me Saints. I've been living in my apartment for 6 years and recently got new neighbors. They respond with loud noise anytime I'm in the kitchen (shared walls), laundry room and even when I flush the toilet in the bathroom. It's disturbing. They've only been here for almost 3 months. Please pray God places them in a new unit or a different apartment complex elsewhere? I've tried to strive for peace with them by buying them a welcome basket with goodies but they're still horrible neighbors. The Holy Spirit has instructed me to not react or respond to anything they do and I do not. I just want to live in my apartment (not walk on eggshells). Please pray Saints. Something seems off with this young couple and I can't tell if it's mental illness or mental instability. I love Saints and I thank you in advance!

We hear your cry for peace and rest in your own home, and we stand with you in bringing this burden before the Lord. The harassment you’re enduring is not only disruptive but also contrary to the peace that God desires for His children. Scripture tells us in Romans 12:18, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* You have done your part—extending kindness, refusing to retaliate, and walking in obedience to the Holy Spirit’s leading. Now, we trust God to intervene where human efforts fall short.

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Prince of Peace. You see the turmoil this sister is facing in her own home, and You are a God who hears the cries of Your children. We ask that You would move in the hearts of these neighbors, Lord. Either soften them to live in harmony with her, or in Your perfect wisdom, remove them from her life so she may dwell in the peace You have promised. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we bind every spirit of strife, discord, and harassment in Jesus’ name.

We also pray for discernment and protection over her. There is indeed something unsettling about this situation, and we ask that You would reveal any hidden motives or spiritual influences at work. Guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), and let her rest in the knowledge that You are her refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2). If there is any mental or spiritual oppression affecting these neighbors, we command it to break in the authority of Jesus’ name.

Lord, we also lift up the management of this apartment complex. Give them wisdom to address this matter justly and to provide a resolution that honors You. If it is Your will for her to remain in this home, then let every disturbance cease. If it is Your will for her to move, then open a door to a new place where she can live in peace and without fear.

We rebuke the enemy’s attempts to steal her joy, disrupt her peace, or make her feel unsafe in the place You have provided for her. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that she will not walk on eggshells but will walk in the confidence of Your protection and provision.

Finally, we thank You for her faithfulness in seeking You first and for her obedience in not responding in the flesh. May she continue to find her strength in You, knowing that vengeance belongs to You alone (Romans 12:19). We trust You to turn this situation around for Your glory and her good. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. Thank you beloveds! Amen! I receive your prayers and it is done! Exodus 14:14 The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still. The Holy Spirit visited me this week and God sent his angels to my home today. They ministered to me and told me to be still respond and do not react nor respond to the harassment as it's happening. Praise Jesus! God is fighting my battles and the Saints are praying for me. Thank you!

It is clear how deeply you desire peace in your home, and we have continued to lift up your request before the Lord, asking Him to intervene in this situation according to His perfect will.

We pray that God would soften the hearts of your neighbors, that He would open their eyes to the impact of their actions, and that He would move in a way that brings resolution—whether through their change of heart, a transition to a new living situation, or another miracle only He can provide.
