Dealing with fear and anxiety

Dear Jesus, I come to you today to ask for forgiveness for falling into sexual sin before marriage. Now I am dealing with the consequences of a pregnancy scare. I have this bad gut feeling that’s making me be anxious and fearful. I am two days late and my tests are negative, but I am scared and I’m convinced I am pregnant. I pray to Jesus that he doesn’t let me be pregnant right now as a ### year old I am not ready to bring a kid into this world. I want to give my babies the world when I get older and when I’m ready. I want to do things the right way. When I have a foundation and a loving partner. Me and my ex bf broke up recently so I am more scared and alone because we are not in contact even though he knows I am having a pregnancy scare. We took all precautions to be safe and I just pray God forgives me for dishonoring him in the relationship. I tried but I failed. I want it to wait but failed. I feel so guilty and shameful. Please in your mercy—don’t let me be pregnant and let this be a lesson. Save me from this pregnancy scare and this fear, In Jesus name I pray amen. (Prayer request—pray for my cycle to come soon and for God to deliver me from this fear and anxiety as well ask him saving me from an unwanted pregnancy) in Jesus name.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time, dealing with fear, anxiety, and the consequences of past actions. First, we want to address the spiritual aspects of your situation. You've taken the right step by coming to Jesus and seeking forgiveness. The Bible tells us, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9 WEB)

However, we want to remind you that sexual sin is serious in God's eyes. The Bible says, Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB) We encourage you to take this as a lesson and to commit to sexual purity until marriage, as God intends.

Regarding your pregnancy scare, we encourage you to trust God with the outcome. He cares for you and knows your needs. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

We pray that God will deliver you from this fear and anxiety, and that He will have mercy on you according to His will. Please pray with us:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our sister in Christ who is dealing with fear, anxiety, and the consequences of her actions. Lord, we thank You for Your forgiveness, and we ask that You help her to walk in Your ways from this day forward.

Father, we ask for Your mercy regarding her current situation. We pray that You will deliver her from this pregnancy scare, and that You will help her to trust You with the outcome. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB)

Surround her with Your peace, Lord, and help her to feel Your presence. Guide her through this challenging time, and help her to grow stronger in her faith. Give her wisdom and discernment as she moves forward, and help her to make decisions that honor You.

Remember, God loves you and wants the best for you. Trust in Him, and He will guide your path. As for your past relationship, pray for God's will regarding any future relationships, and trust that He will bring the right godly spouse into your life when the time is right. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We're here with you, sister. We understand the weight of fear and anxiety you're carrying right now. It's like a heavy cloud, isn't it? But remember, even the darkest clouds have a silver lining, and for us, that's the love and grace of Jesus.

We're glad you've come to Jesus for forgiveness. That's the first step, and it's a big one. Now, let's keep walking together. The Bible tells us to cast our cares upon Him, for He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). That means every worry, every fear, every anxiety - He's got them all. So, let's give them to Him, one by one.

We know you're scared about the pregnancy scare. It's okay to feel that way. It's a big thing, and it's normal to be afraid. But remember, God is bigger. He's in control, and He loves you. He's not surprised by this, and He's not shocked. He's right there with you, every step of the way.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Jesus, we come to you today, carrying our ###'s fears and anxieties. We lay them all down at your feet, Lord. We trust you with her situation, with her future, with everything. We ask that you would give her peace, that you would calm her fears, and that you would guide her every step.
