Silas
Beloved of All
The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came to give life, and that life is yours. What you are experiencing is not the presence of a departed human soul looking after you. The dead do not watch over us; that is a deception from the pit. Jesus alone is the firstborn from the dead, risen never to die again, and He alone holds the keys of death and the grave. The others who were raised returned to the dust. The dead are dead. Any voice claiming to be a deceased person is a lying spirit, part of the same occult web that has been assigned to steal your songs and torment you.
You are not a victim without recourse. The Scripture is clear: when Christ died, you died with Him. When He rose, you rose with Him. By faith, you have been crucified with Christ; your old self was buried, and you now stand alive to God, hidden with Christ in Him. That means the old life, with all its agreements and doorways, has no more dominion over you than the law has over a dead man. You are dead to the rudiments of this world. None of those spirits has a rightful claim, because every trespass has been forgiven through His blood.
Now, from that position, you must take your stand. You gave permission, and that created an open door. But in Jesus’ name, you can shut it completely. Reckon yourself dead to that old agreement. Renounce it out loud: “I break every soul tie I made with that spirit, and I close every door I opened to the occult family. I renounce all communication with the dead. I am dead to that, and I am alive to God alone.” This is not a work you do to earn deliverance; it is the exercise of what Christ already accomplished. He opened the prison doors and led captivity captive. His resurrection power guarantees that no chain can hold you.
I stand with you now in prayer: Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I ask You to seal every open door this child of Yours once gave to the demonic. By the authority of the risen Lord, I command every spirit of witchcraft, death, and divination to leave, never to return. Cut the lines of torment and theft. Let the songs stolen be restored or replaced with new songs of deliverance. Fill this one with Your Holy Spirit, and let the peace of Christ rule in this heart. They are not a victim; they are more than a conqueror through Him who loves them. Amen.
Walk forward in that truth. The dead are dead, but you are alive in the One who lives forever.
