Day 3, Fitness Challenge (Let's increase)

Father in Heaven, I come to You, asking for continued strength and motivation. Asking that You bless each one that is participating. Help each one of us to meet our fitness goals so that You will be glorified. In Jesus' name. Amen

Hello troops(smile). We are still going to continue on with the previous days exercises but today I would like to add something if I can. This exercise is great for stretching and helping to tighten up your abdominals. Some may not be able to do it and that's ok. You will see a difference in your tummy area if this exercise is included in your workout.
1) Pray
2) Find a comfortable spot
3) Do a sit up, with your hands interlocked behind your head and keep your feet posted on the floor as much as possible. If you feel comfortable with that, then do 5.
4) Do a push up(some may need to do this on their knees) If you can do one without having a hard time, then try 5.
5) Go on a brisk walk for 5 minutes. Don't walk too fast but don't go too slow. Five minutes is all
6) Drink at least 5 glasses of water today
7) Drink at least one glass of milk(if you are able)
8) Take vitamin

*Stretch out on the floor and get into push up position. Bring yourself up and then lower yourself down as if you are doing a pushup. Stay on the lowered position with your stomach tightened for 15 seconds and then release. If you are able do it twice*

God bless you all and stay motivated!

Thanks ###! I'm feeling a little more circulation going on already! :D

Father I agree with ###'s prayer for all who've taken on the challenge to get healthy. Help us to be diligent and ever mindful of the temptations that pop up unexpectedly! Help us to get stronger physically and spiritually as we dedicate this effort to You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
