Beloved Warrior
BLESS THE LORD, O MY SOUL, AND FORGET
NOT ALL HIS BENEFITS.
PSALM 103:2
PRAISE, MY SOUL, THE KING OF HEAVEN,
TO HIS FEET THY TRIBUTE BRING;
RANSOMED, HEALED, RESTORED, FORGIVEN,
EVERMORE HIS PRAISES SING!
Lord Jesus, I come into your throne room and bow at your feet. I bring prayer requests from Doug. I touch and agree with his petitions and ask your hand to touch them and prosper them that they will not be returned void.
I ask that you continue to bless Doug with sleep that his body will be refreshed and energized, that he will have the strength to finish his 40 day spiritual journey and when it is done, be able to look back and say he was truly blessed and thy hand delivered him from his insomnia. Cover him abundantly with your mercy and grace. Touch his bodymind and spirit to prepare him for an outpouring of your devine enablement, that you would be glorified! Help Doug to live an orderly and godly life before you. May he pursue all that is holy. May he become more and more like you every day.
Lord, pour out your wisdom to Doug, give him knowledge and spiritual revelations in keeping with your word. Lead him not into temptation but deliver him from the hand of the enemy and all the forces of darkness. Place an unpentrable wall around him to keep him safe and from the attacks of our enemy. Deliver him and sustain him according to thy will. Open the windows of heaven and send him blessing upon blessing. I thank you for all that you have done for him, for the path you have set upon his life and the purpose for which to called him into service. May you bless his ministry and protect the pastor, the worship leader and all the praise team. May they have unity and be of one accord. May you send forth your spirit with fire and power and bring in a soul harvest. Let all who hear be blessed and led by your spirit to your throne. Cover them with mercy and grace and forgiveness that they would be saved. Lord, may you light shine on and through Doug. May your love shine through Doug's eyes that all that look upon his face will know that he belongs to you. I humbly leave these prayers at your Throne of Grace, that you would be well pleased with your servant and warrior. May you pour out your peace upon him and continue to sustain this fasting so that he will find victory. Thank you for all those that have stood with me these last 4 weeks and touched him in a profound way. May you bless each one of them for their committment to our brother. To you be all glory, honor and praise. I lift your name on high. I bless you, Lord. I glorify you. I magnify you.
