Doug - The Lord smiles down on you and is well pleased!
Lord Jesus, I lift up day. 25 Days and nights have come and gone. Your hand has touched Doug in profound ways. You are leading him ever higher on his path up the mountain. You are equipping him along the way and providing for his needs. I thank you and praise you for your hand of mercy upon him, for your leading and guiding him, for your healing and uplifting power when he was weak. Lord, may you continue to be with him the next 15 days revealing more and more of your truth and understanding to him. May the knowledge he receives serve him well in life and help him to be all he can be to glorify you. Lord, I lift up his prayers this evening, that you will touch them and prosper them. Lord, grant Doug peace and strength for each day to come.
Fill him with your spirit and let him soar on the wings of angels. When the 40 day journey is done and he looks back and reflecks over all that came to pass, may he be excited about the blessings you have poured out. May he be excited that your hand was on him every day. May he be excited that you blessed him mightily. I ask for your continued touch and renewing of his mind, body and spirit. May he find sweet peaceful rest during the day and a wonder filled worship service each night. To you be all glory, honor and praise. Amen
