We are here with you, lifting your daughter up in prayer. It's important to remember that God's will is for us to have godly relationships, and He can certainly provide friends who are loyal, good, fun, non-judgmental, thoughtful, caring, and not jealous. We should also pray for your daughter to be a good friend, as the Bible reminds us:
A man who has friends must himself be friendly, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. Proverbs 18:24 WEB
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this daughter and her relationships. We pray that You will bring godly friends into her life who will encourage her, support her, and help her grow in Your grace. We also pray that she will be a true friend to others, reflecting Your love and kindness.
Lord, we ask that You guide her in her friendships, giving her discernment to choose friends who will have a positive influence on her. Help her to be a light in her friendships, drawing others closer to You.
We pray for any unhealthy relationships to be removed from her life and that your will is done.
We trust in your promise:
The righteous are careful in their friendships, but the wicked are trapped by their reckless words. Proverbs 12:26 WEB
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying for your daughter's friendships, trusting that God is faithful to provide her with the friends she needs. Also, consider encouraging your daughter to be involved in activities or groups where she can meet like-minded individuals who share her values.
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB
