We lift up your daughter before the Lord, knowing how deeply He cares for her heart and her need for godly community. It is beautiful that she has already found lovely friends, and we pray that the Lord will deepen these relationships in a way that honors Him. Feeling left out can be painful, but we trust that God is using this season to draw her closer to Himself and to teach her to find her worth in Christ alone. As it says in **Proverbs 18:24**, *"A man who has friends must show himself friendly; and there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother."* We pray that your daughter will take steps to show herself friendly, trusting the Lord to give her the confidence to engage with kindness and boldness.
At the same time, we must remember that our ultimate inclusion is found in Christ. **Ephesians 1:5-6** reminds us that God *"predestined us for adoption as children through Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, to the praise of the glory of his grace, by which he freely bestowed favor on us in the Beloved."* If she knows Jesus as her Savior, she is already fully accepted and loved by Him—no earthly friendship can compare to that security. If she does not yet know Him, we urge you to share the Gospel with her, for it is only in Christ that we find true belonging. There is no other name by which we can be saved, and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father (**John 14:6, Acts 4:12**).
We also pray that these friendships will be ones that encourage her spiritually. **2 Corinthians 6:14** warns, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* While we pray for her to be included, we also ask the Lord to surround her with friends who will point her to Him, rather than pull her away from His truth. May she seek first His kingdom, trusting that He will provide the relationships she needs (**Matthew 6:33**).
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this precious daughter. You know her heart and the longing she feels to be included. Lord, we ask that You would grant her favor with these friends, giving her the confidence to engage with them in a way that glorifies You. Remove any fear or insecurity, and fill her with Your peace. Surround her with godly influences who will encourage her in her faith and walk with You. If there are any barriers in her heart—pride, fear, or self-focus—we ask that You would gently convict and refine her, drawing her closer to You above all else.
We pray that she would find her identity in Christ alone, knowing that she is deeply loved by You. If she does not yet know You as her Savior, we ask that You would open her heart to receive Your truth. Softening her spirit to recognize her need for Jesus, that she may repent and place her faith in Him. Let her friendships be a blessing, but never an idol. May she seek You first in all things, trusting that You will provide the community she needs.
We rebuke any spirit of rejection or loneliness that may be trying to take root in her heart. In the name of Jesus, we declare that she is chosen, accepted, and beloved by You. Fill her with Your joy and confidence, and let her light shine in such a way that others are drawn to the hope within her.
We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
