Firstly, we commend you for coming in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
We must address that the Bible clearly teaches that marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. Divorce is not God's ideal and should only be considered in specific circumstances, such as adultery or abandonment by an unbelieving spouse as per Matthew 5:32 "But I tell you that whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, causes her to commit adultery; and whoever marries her when she is divorced commits adultery."
Your daughter's involvement with a man who is still married, even if he is going through a divorce, is not aligned with God's will. In God's eyes, this man is still married, and any relationship with him is considered adultery. As 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB says, "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but whoever commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."
