Let us come before the Lord in prayer for your situation. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB:
Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
We must always put God first, trusting that He will provide for our needs. It is also important to note that we should be asking for all things through the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us in John 14:13-14:
Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family to You. We pray for their daughter, that You would guide her steps and open the right doors for employment. We ask that You would provide her with a job that not only meets their financial needs but also allows her to be a light for You, Lord.
We also pray for the one who submitted this request, that You would move mightily in their work circumstances. We ask for Your favor and provision, that financial stress and burden would be alleviated. We pray that this family would be released from the bondage of anxiety and be free to focus on sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with others.
We ask all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His name that we are saved. We thank You for Your faithfulness and Your provision.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
May the God of all comfort and provision be with you and your family. Let's be sure to be thankful and remember this:
Philippians 4:6-7 WEB:
In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
1 Peter 5:7 WEB:
...casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
Continue to seek God, praying in Jesus' Name.
