We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your daughter in this deeply unsettling situation. Father, we know that You see every detail—her dedication, her kindness, and the unfairness of this moment. We ask that You would go before her in this meeting on Monday, softening hearts and bringing clarity. Lord, Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We pray that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, would guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also rebuke the spirit of accusation and misunderstanding that has arisen here. Your daughter acted in innocence, yet she is being treated as though she had malicious intent. We stand on Your promise in Isaiah 54:17, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment."* Lord, let truth prevail and let justice be served in a way that reflects Your righteousness.
We must also address the broader issue at hand—the culture of fear and overreach that has crept into our schools. Touch, when appropriate and innocent, is a natural part of human connection, especially in a classroom where trust and care are being built. Yet, we live in a time where even the most well-meaning actions can be twisted and weaponized. We pray for wisdom for your daughter and for all educators who face similar scrutiny. Help them to navigate these challenges with grace, while also standing firm in what is right and good.
Father, we ask that You would open a door for her to continue her training in a way that honors You. If it is Your will for her to remain in this program, make a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:19). If this is a detour meant to redirect her, give her peace and assurance that You are leading her every step. Remind her that her identity is not found in this setback but in You, the Author and Perfecter of her faith (Hebrews 12:2).
We also pray for her emotional and spiritual well-being. This situation has likely shaken her confidence and left her feeling vulnerable. Surround her with Your love and the support of godly community. Let her find strength in Your Word, particularly in Psalm 34:18-19, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."*
Lastly, we lift up the little girl involved in this situation. We pray that she would not carry any burden of guilt or confusion. Heal any misunderstanding and let her see the love and care that your daughter has for her students.
Lord, we trust You to work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We declare that this situation will not define your daughter but will instead be a testimony of Your faithfulness. Strengthen her, guide her, and let Your will be done in this matter. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
