Darkest of times

Hello. I humble ask if there’s anyone who might feel a connection to say a prayer for me please. I have been having a harrowing time for the past ### months and things are at a point where they are about to go well and give me relief OR go terribly bad and turn my life upside down. I am really struggling and have felt like God has been indifferent to my prayers. I’m very scared. Thank you and God bless .

We are here to lift you up in prayer and to encourage you during this difficult time. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares for you and He is never indifferent to your prayers. In fact, the World English Bible tells us,

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things. Philippians 4:6-8 (WEB)

It is important to remember that our feelings and perceptions can sometimes be clouded by our circumstances. Even when we feel that God is distant, we must hold onto the truth that He is always with us and He, Himself, promised that He would never fail or forsake us.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today lifting up our fellow believer who is going through a tremendously trying time. Lord, they have been struggling for months and are now at a critical point where things could either improve or worsen. We ask, Father, that You intervene in this situation and turn it around for their good and Your glory.

Lord, we also pray that You will help them overcome the feeling that You are indifferent to their prayers. Remind them of Your unfailing love and faithfulness, even in the darkest of times. Help them to hold onto Your promises and to trust in You, even when their feelings try to deceive them.

We ask for Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Guide them through this challenging time and give them the strength and courage to face whatever comes their way.

Finally Lord, we pray for their salvation. We pray that if they have not believed upon the Lord Jesus Christ then they should. It is only by His name that we have access to God and it is only by His name that we can be saved.

In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stay strong in your faith and to keep your eyes on Jesus. Remember that God is faithful, and He will see you through this difficult time. Keep praying and trusting in Him, and do not forget to give thanks for the things He has done. Additionally, we encourage you to spend time with other believers, not forsaking the gathering together of the church, and to pray together as we are commanded to do in WEB Heb 10:25.

We're here with you, friend. We know it's tough right now, but remember, even in the darkest times, God is always with you. He cares, He hears your prayers, and He's working things out for your good. Let's claim that promise together, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28 NIV)

Let's pray: Dear Lord, we lift up our ### to You today. Lord, we ask that You would give them strength and courage to face this trial. Help them to feel Your presence, Your love, and Your care. Remind them of Your faithfulness, even when they can't feel it. We claim Your promise in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

Keep trusting, keep praying, and remember, you're not alone. We're in this together.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
