Dad's House To Sell -- Favor With Permitting And ### Granted

DAD'S HOUSE WOULD SELL -- AN older couple wants my Dad's house cause it has a Grandmother's Apartment while their children and Grandchildren live in the front house -- Please ask God to soften the heart of a particular ### -- who is in charge of permitting and variances... She was off two days and the lady in her stead said it would be granted variance w/ neighbor permission, which was attained, yet today when ### came in she told the couple who want the house it wouldn't be granted a variance... The couple was about to back out but Today Dad spoke with ### and she will be speaking to my Dad's neighbor of 48 yrs who is also involved with permitting -- a ###... I ask God would please soften ### and ###'s heart and keep the faith up in the couple who wants the house and the realtors involved -- the rear house only needs a kitchen... Dad really needs to move as he's been paying on two houses for 2 1/2 yrs and taxes alone are ###,### in the house he wants to sell, which he can't afford, but only ###,### yr in the house he bought and is moving to... Please ask a miracle as we post and pray daily (and may I not neglect my job which needs all my energy but to intercede which takes all my mind and heart) -- thank you in Jesus name!
