Dad's ###, Health And Peace

My dad's situation needs prayer - the buyers are trying to haggle with my dad's real estate agent over price of a new roof, a new liner for the pool, etc., and there is still a month till closing — please pray the haggling would stop, that the real estate agent would have wisdom and skill to protect my dad's interests, for my aged father to have peace and prayerfulness and this house would SELL in Jesus' Name!
