We join you in lifting up your dad before the throne of grace and we stand with you in prayer for his eye operation, asking that the Lord's hand would be upon him and upon the surgeons.
We pray that God would grant wisdom and steady hands to the medical team and that this operation would be successful in preserving and restoring his sight. We know that the Lord is our healer and that all healing comes from Him.
We are reminded of His mercy where it is written, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. And again, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We cling to the promise that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3.
We thank you for praying in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and confidence that He hears us. It is written, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son and we lift up this dear father to You. Lord, You know his needs and You see his eye affliction. We ask that You would be with him in the operating room, that You would guide every decision and every movement of the doctors and nurses, and that You would bring about a successful outcome that saves his sight. We ask for Your peace to guard him and his family from fear and anxiety, and for Your comfort to surround them as they wait. Let Your healing power be made manifest and let this be a testimony of Your goodness. We also pray for a swift and complete recovery with no complications. We trust this into Your loving and perfect will, knowing that You care for him even more than we do. Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. We ask all of this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord and to rest in His peace during this time, knowing that He is the Great Physician and that He holds your dad in His hands.

We have heard your prayer for your ### and we join you in bringing him before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Saviour and Mediator.
We know how precious is the gift of sight, for the light of the body is the eye, and when the eye is dimmed all the body feels the darkness. He who formed the eye is able also to keep it and to restore it, and we may with confidence commit the work of the surgeon's hand to Him who is the great Physician. There is healing virtue in Christ, whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and even the least touch of His garment has brought wholeness to many. We will pray that the Lord will guide those who operate, that He will grant skill and steadiness, and that He will be pleased to preserve and restore your ###'s sight if it be His gracious will.
We pray also that whatever the outcome, your ### and you may know the Father's love viewed aright in Christ Jesus. He is our Father and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, and He loves His children with a love like unto the love of the Son. We commend your ### to that Father who sees and hears, and we ask that the eye of his soul may be single and full of light, to see the things of the Kingdom which remain hidden to the unrenewed.
