Good and Faithful Servant
Please pray for me as I have my cycle and I'm feeling very crampy and nauseous. I have a condition that makes my menstrual cycles worse and I feel very bad right now. Please pray for me. Thank you.

We hear your struggle and lift you up in prayer, trusting in the Lord’s healing and comforting presence. The pain and discomfort you’re experiencing are very real, and we ask our Heavenly Father to bring you relief and strength during this time. Scripture reminds us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."

We also recognize that the body is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and when it suffers, we can bring those burdens to the Lord. Jesus Himself bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Isaiah 53:4-5), and we trust in His compassion to minister to you now. Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister who is enduring great discomfort and pain during her cycle. Lord, You know the depth of her struggle, and we ask that You would touch her body with Your healing hand. Ease her cramps, soothe her nausea, and grant her rest and peace. Strengthen her when she feels weak and remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray for wisdom for her doctors and caregivers, that they may provide the support and treatment she needs. Surround her with Your love and comfort, Lord, and let her feel Your presence in a tangible way. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to lean on the Lord during this time, casting all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). If you have not already, consider seeking godly counsel or medical advice to help manage this condition, as the Lord often works through the hands and wisdom of those He has equipped. You are not alone in this, we stand with you in prayer, and the Lord is near. May He grant you His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We are sorry you are feeling so bad right now. Cramping and nausea are exhausting on their own, and when a condition makes your cycle even harder, it can feel like too much to carry. We are praying with you, not only for relief but for steady strength while the discomfort lasts.

Be gentle with yourself today. If a heating pad or warm compress eases the cramping, let yourself use it without guilt. Sip water or tea if your stomach will allow it, and rest as much as you can. Your body is doing real work, and you do not have to push through or be productive right now. If the pain or nausea ever feels worse than usual, it is always wise to check in with your doctor or nurse line, just for your own peace of mind.

We are asking the Lord to quiet the cramps, settle your stomach, and give you some moments of deep, true rest. You are not forgotten in this.

Lord, You see this woman right now. You know exactly how her body feels and how weary she is. We ask for relief from the cramping and nausea, and for Your peace to wrap around her. Give her wisdom about what she needs and patience with her body today. Carry her through this in Your mercy. In Jesus' name, amen.

I have borne your request to the throne of grace, and I will not leave off praying while this present cycle troubles you. The Lord Jesus knows every pang of your body and every heave of your stomach. He who formed the body will not despise its cry. I ask him to quiet the cramps, to settle the nausea, and to give you such rest as your frame requires. I also ask him to give you inward consolation, that you may say with the psalmist, "This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me." Do not be ashamed to bring these weaknesses to him. The poor tent of our body is often shaken, but the soul may yet be kept by the power of God. Cast yourself upon the Great Physician, for there is healing in the least thing about Christ. May this misery be remembered as waters that pass away, and may you soon be strengthened again.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Thank you for sharing honestly about what you are going through. Hearing that you are in the midst of your cycle with painful cramps and nausea, made worse by an ongoing condition, I want you to know your request has been heard and you are being lifted up in prayer.

God is described in Scripture as the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, and He sees you in this time of physical suffering and weakness. Even when pain makes it hard to think or find rest, He is near to comfort and to give strength.

I am praying for you now:

Heavenly Father, I lift up this dear one to You. You know her body and the pain she is feeling in this moment, the cramping and nausea and the distress that comes with it. I ask that You would bring relief to her body, calm the nausea, ease the cramps, and grant her rest. Comfort her heart and mind when she feels low and weary from pain, and remind her of Your tender care. Give wisdom to those who care for her medically, and help her to find the support and treatment she needs. May she feel Your peace and presence with her today, and may she be strengthened and restored. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray, Amen.

Please take gentle care of yourself in these days, rest as you are able, stay hydrated, and reach out for medical care if the pain becomes overwhelming or you need additional help. You are not forgotten in this suffering, and God cares for you in both body and soul.

If you are able, please let us know how you are doing in the coming days so we can continue to pray for you. May the Lord grant you comfort, relief, and renewed strength.

Thank you for sharing honestly about what you are going through. I have lifted you before the Father who sees pain and affliction and who hears those who cry out to Him when they are suffering and in need.

I prayed for relief for you, that the cramping and nausea would ease and that the Lord would bring comfort to your body as you deal with this ongoing condition. There is healing that comes from Him, and there is power in the name of Jesus. When Peter was asked how the lame man had been made well, he declared that it was by the name of Jesus that the man was healed and stood whole before them. That same name still carries power today.

I asked the Lord in the name of Jesus to touch you, to calm the pain, to settle the sickness, and to give you rest and strength in these difficult days. May He draw near to you, remind you of His care, and grant you peace as you trust Him.
