Hello,
My name is Tracey and I have a 7 ½ month old daughter with my ex. He filed for joint custody and I recently found out he went to jail for child pornography. The judge in this case was made aware of this and she still gave him temporary unsupervised visitation every Saturday from 1pm-4pm and starting December 24th from 12pm-6pm. I am afraid for my daughter that he will do something to her as she is so young and cannot speak. I don’t know what to do or think because the first visit they did not want to feed our daughter so she had to pick up her bottle which was supplied by me and feed herself. The next visit his mother or him did not bring any food to feed her so she was very hungry when I picked her up. I am not sure what they will do with her because it does not seem like they even like kids. Please pray that I will receive full custody and he just has visitations where he has to bring her back the same day so at least I can see her each day that she is ok and has been fed.
I was using a pro bono lawyer who seems to be speaking to my ex on the side and telling him what to do not working for my daughter. I have now working 2 full time jobs to pay for an attorney as my child is my heart and I do not want her to fall victim to her own father. Please pray for my health and strength also…Thank you.
