custody for grandaughter

Please pray for my son and his new wife they will go see a lawyer tomorrow to hopefully get help on custody issues. The biological father of our 3 year old grandaughter (we claim her as our own she has been in our life for 2 years now) decided he wants visitation and I am afraid of what this will do to her. This man is a stranger to her and I don't want to see her life turned upside down. Please pray that he will back off, or if he is sincere he will completly handle this situation with care puting this beautiful child first. Please pray.

Lord, I know that you will do what is right for this child. May you guide the judge and the father of the child. Since the father has not been a part of this childs life please let him take into consideration the fact that he needs to ease into a relationship with the child. Bless this family and keep them strong in their faith to you. Amen

God of Mercy, I lift up this child to you and ask that you would do what is best for this child. God this child has been raised by someone that did not have to by law or perternity be her parent, however he did so because of love. I have a difficult time asking you to give any consideration to the biological father, however God if that is your will then may it be done in accordance to your will and may the child not be effected by the Fathers foolish actions thus far. God We lift up the family of the little girl to you the mother step father and Grand parents and ask that you bless them in abundance.
