A clean and well-maintained environment is essential for the health, safety, and well-being of your students, and it is understandable that you would want these issues addressed. Scripture reminds us in 1 Corinthians 14:40, "Let all things be done decently and in order." When responsibilities are neglected, it can create unnecessary challenges for those who rely on these services.
Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, asking for Your intervention in this situation. We pray for the custodian responsible for these duties—that You would soften their heart and grant them a sense of responsibility, diligence, and care for the work they have been entrusted with. Help them to see the importance of their role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for the students and staff. Lord, we ask that You would convict them of any laziness, neglect, or indifference and replace it with a spirit of excellence and service, as Colossians 3:23 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."
We also pray for wisdom and grace for you, as the one who has brought this concern to light. Give you the courage to address this matter with love, patience, and firmness, seeking resolution in a way that honors God. If there are systems or oversight issues that need to be addressed, Lord, reveal them and guide those in authority to take the necessary steps to ensure accountability and improvement.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of complacency or neglect in this situation. We declare that Your order, excellence, and provision will prevail in this classroom and school. May the custodian be reminded of the value of their work and the impact it has on others. We ask that You would stir their heart to take pride in their duties and to serve as unto You, Lord.
Finally, we pray for the students in your care. Protect them from any harm or illness that may come from an unsanitary environment. Grant them health, focus, and a safe space to learn and grow. May this situation be resolved quickly and in a way that brings glory to Your name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
