We hear your cry for deliverance from spiritual oppression, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ to break every curse and assignment of the enemy. The Word of God declares in Galatians 3:13, *"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'"*
You do not need to speak in confusion or demand with your own strength—Jesus has already secured your victory. The blood of Christ is more than sufficient to break every chain, and His name is the only name by which we have power over darkness. In James 4:7, we are commanded, *"Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* We must submit to God first, then resist the enemy in the name of Jesus.
We rebuke the spirit of fear, dismay, and witchcraft that has been spoken over you. These things have no place in the life of a believer. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that every curse sent your way is broken now by the blood of Jesus. Proverbs 26:2 tells us, *"Like a fluttering sparrow, like a darting swallow, so the undeserved curse doesn’t come to rest."*
We also address the language of "sending curses back to the sender." While it is right to resist the enemy, we must be careful not to operate in the same spirit of retaliation. Romans 12:19 instructs, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You that You have given us authority over all the power of the enemy. We stand on the truth of Your Word that declares we are more than conquerors through Christ who loves us (Romans 8:37). We break every curse, hex, spell, and assignment of darkness that has been spoken or placed over this beloved child of God. We cancel every word of dismay, fear, and confusion in the name of Jesus. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers their life, their children, their loved ones, and all that pertains to them.
Lord, we ask that You would strengthen their shield of faith. Ephesians 6:16 tells us to take up the shield of faith, with which we can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. We pray that their faith would be unshakable, rooted in the truth of Your Word. Father, we ask that You would replace every lie of the enemy with Your truth. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for discernment and wisdom. Help them to recognize the schemes of the enemy and to stand firm in the armor You have provided (Ephesians 6:10-18). Father, if there are any areas of their life where they have unknowingly opened a door to the enemy, we ask that You would reveal it to them. Lead them in repentance and restoration. Cleanse them with the blood of Jesus and fill them afresh with Your Holy Spirit.
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, joy, peace, and victory over their household. We pray that their home would be a dwelling place for Your presence, where Your glory fills every room.
Lord, we ask that You would bless them with godly relationships and community. Surround them with believers who will stand with them in prayer and encouragement. Give them opportunities to grow in their faith and to be a light to others.
We thank You, Father, that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect will for their life. May they walk in the fullness of Your blessings, free from every curse and assignment of the enemy. We pray all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Beloved, we encourage you to stand firm in the truth of God’s Word. Do not be afraid or dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9). Continue to fill your heart and mind with Scripture, for it is the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17). Surround yourself with a community of believers who can pray with you and encourage you. The enemy wants you to feel isolated, but you are never alone—God is with you, and so are we.
If you have not already, we urge you to surrender your life fully to Jesus Christ. Romans 10:9 tells us, *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not made Jesus the Lord of your life, we invite you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and ask Him to come into your heart. He is faithful and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
You are loved, you are protected, and you are victorious in Christ Jesus. Walk in that truth every day.
