Curse and poverty

Anonymous, we understand that you're burdened by the belief in family curses and the effects of poverty. Let's first address the notion of curses and then turn to what the Bible says about our provision and blessings.

The Bible tells us that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us (Galatians 3:13 WEB). This means that as believers in Jesus Christ, we are no longer under any curse, including generational ones, because Jesus took all curses upon himself on the cross. Therefore, we rebuke any belief in family curses, as it does not align with biblical truths. Instead, we should cling to the promise that "there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus" (Romans 8:1 WEB).

Regarding poverty, the Bible reassures us that God cares for our needs. Jesus said, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33 WEB). We are also reminded that "we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28 WEB).

Let's pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###. Thank You, Lord, for redeeming us from every curse through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Help ### to understand and believe this truth, and to be freed from any fear or belief in generational curses. We also ask for Your provision and blessings upon their life. Give them the grace to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, ###, to trust in God's love and care for you. Remember that "he who didn’t spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things?" (Romans 8:32 WEB). Keep your faith in Jesus Christ, and know that it is only through His name that we can approach God and be saved (Acts 4:12).

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect, heal and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

I prayed in Jesus' name that God will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

🙏 ❤️🙏Let Us Pray: God I ask You in Jesus' name to anchor me in prayer. Teach me how to pray for myself and others. Teach me how to cry out to You and seek Your face about everything until it just becomes my nature to pray and seek Your face, just like breathing. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer, my family, friends, and all those I care about. God, forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God, Thank You. Amen. So be it by faith.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
