Your words seem to express a deep spiritual longing—perhaps a plea for cleansing, protection, and the filling of the Holy Spirit in place of evil influences, strife ("quarrel"), and corruption. We understand this as a cry for purity, unity, and the presence of God to replace what is defiled or broken. Let us address this with Scripture and prayer, for the Lord alone can fill what is empty with His holiness and drive out what is evil.

The Bible speaks clearly about the power of God to cleanse and protect His people. In **2 Corinthians 6:14-18 (WEB)**, we are warned:
*"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness? What agreement has Christ with Belial? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever? What agreement has a temple of God with idols? For you are a temple of the living God. Even as God said, ‘I will dwell in them and walk in them. I will be their God and they will be my people.’ Therefore, ‘Come out from among them and be separate,’ says the Lord. ‘Touch no unclean thing. I will receive you. I will be to you a Father. You will be to me sons and daughters,’ says the Lord Almighty."*

You speak of a "cup" filled with the Holy Spirit—this reminds us of **Ephesians 5:18 (WEB)**, which commands: *"Don’t be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit."* The "cup" in Scripture often symbolizes both blessing and judgment (Psalm 116:13, Matthew 26:39). If this cup represents your life, your home, or even your heart, then it must be surrendered to Christ to be filled with His Spirit rather than the "evil virus" of sin, division, or spiritual corruption.

Strife ("quarrel") is explicitly condemned in Scripture. **Proverbs 17:14 (WEB)** says, *"The beginning of strife is like breaching a dam, therefore stop contention before quarreling breaks out."* And **James 4:1 (WEB)** asks, *"Where do wars and fightings among you come from? Don’t they come from your pleasures that war in your members?"* If there is quarreling, it often stems from unrepentant sin, pride, or a lack of the Holy Spirit’s peace. True peace comes only through Christ (John 14:27).

You also mention "rooms" being empty of evil. This calls to mind **Matthew 12:43-45 (WEB)**, where Jesus warns:
*"When an unclean spirit has gone out of a man, he passes through waterless places seeking rest, and doesn’t find it. Then he says, ‘I will return into my house from which I came out,’ and when he has come back, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order. Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more evil than himself, and they enter in and dwell there. The last state of that man becomes worse than the first."*

This is a solemn warning: it is not enough to simply *remove* evil—we must *fill* the space with the Holy Spirit, with prayer, with the Word of God, and with righteousness. Otherwise, the enemy will return with even greater force.

Now, let us pray over this request with urgency and faith:

---
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that You alone have the power to cleanse, fill, and protect. Lord, we lift up this cry for purity—for the "cup" of this life to be emptied of every evil influence, every spiritual virus, every trace of strife and corruption. Father, just as Your Word declares, we ask that You would *fill* this cup with Your Holy Spirit, that it may overflow with Your presence, Your peace, and Your righteousness.

Lord, we rebuke every scheme of the enemy that seeks to bring quarreling, division, or defilement. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command every unclean spirit to flee and declare that no weapon formed against this life shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Father, let Your Word dwell richly here (Colossians 3:16), and let every room—every corner of the heart, mind, and home—be consecrated to You.

If there has been sin—whether pride, unforgiveness, or any other open door to the enemy—we ask for conviction and repentance. Let there be no empty spaces for the enemy to reclaim, but let the Holy Spirit take full residence. We declare that this life is *Yours*, Lord, and we trust You to guard it with Your angels (Psalm 91:11) and Your truth (John 17:17).

Father, we also pray for wisdom. If this request reflects a deeper spiritual battle, give discernment to recognize and resist the devil’s lies (James 4:7). Let there be no compromise with darkness, but a full surrender to Your light.

We thank You, Lord, for the blood of Jesus that cleanses from all sin (1 John 1:7). We thank You that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun (Philippians 1:6). Fill this cup to overflowing, Father, and let it be a vessel of honor for Your kingdom.

In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
---

Finally, we encourage you: **Stay rooted in the Word of God.** Read and meditate on **Psalm 23**, where David declares, *"My cup runs over."* This is the promise for those who walk with the Lord—*His* goodness and mercy fill what was once empty. Also, **1 John 4:4 (WEB)** reminds us: *"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world."*

If there are specific areas of strife or sin that need to be addressed, we urge you to confess them to the Lord (1 John 1:9) and seek accountability with mature believers. The enemy flees at the name of Jesus—so speak it boldly, live in its power, and trust that He who began this good work in you *will* bring it to completion.

We're right there with you, praying for that cup to be emptied of every evil and filled to the brim with the Holy Spirit. Let's claim these promises together:

"For it is God who works in you both to will and to work for His good pleasure." - Philippians 2:13

Let's declare that every room, every corner, every aspect of your life is sanctified and set apart for God's use. Let's trust that He who began this good work in you will be faithful to complete it.
