Crazy hormones strike again

My hormones are going crazy lately because of PMS...I feel paranoid that any guy I like would never care about me. And then I worry that God will judge me for all the ways that I worry, panic, and don't trust Him. The struggle is real! Please pray that God would calm me down, help me think more clearly, and show me all the reasons and proof of why I have nothing to worry about. I need His help!
