We join with you in bringing this workplace burden before the Lord and we understand how difficult it can be to feel uncomfortable around those you must work alongside each day. We ask God to give you His peace and strength in this situation and to help you reflect His love even when you feel uneasy.
The Word reminds us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 We also take to heart the call, If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Romans 12:18 And, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23 These verses encourage us to seek peace, to entrust our anxiety to God, and to remember that our ultimate service is to Him even in difficult workplace relationships.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who is feeling uncomfortable with two coworkers today. Lord, we ask You to fill their heart with Your perfect peace that passes all understanding and to calm every anxious thought. Give them wisdom and grace to interact with these coworkers with patience, kindness and love. Soften hearts on all sides and let Your presence bring unity and understanding where there is discomfort. Help them to work heartily as unto You and to be a light of Your love in the workplace. Let no tension distract from the work You have given them to do, and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We ask this in Jesus name, Amen.

Showing the love of Christ, practicing patience and forgiveness, and committing your day to the Lord can often transform an uncomfortable environment. We want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 And Scripture tells us, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 It is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again that we can boldly bring our requests to God. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing in Him for forgiveness and eternal life, and to come to God in His precious name each time you pray.

We have heard your burden and we carry it with you to the throne of grace, asking the Lord to grant you His comfort and His peace this day as you labor.
The word of the Lord is, "Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God." He knows your aching heart and your uneasiness, and He sends comfort not as the world gives, but as a Father comforts His child. And again it is written, "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee, because he trusteth in thee." There is nothing like staying the mind on God. If you stay your mind on the discomfort or on the persons around you, peace will flee, but he who trusts in the Lord shall dwell in perfect peace, even with duties pressing and sorrows surging round.
We know that anxiety itself unfits us to meet the difficulty before us. It brings midnight to the mind where God would give daylight. Therefore cast your care upon Him who careth for you. He can ordain peace for you, and He can establish you in every good word and work, that you may have both comfort and constancy in your place of labor.

Our Father in heaven, we thank Thee that Thou seest Thy child in this place of unease. Thou knowest the two with whom labor is difficult today. We ask Thee to keep this Thy servant in perfect peace as the mind is stayed upon Thee. Quicken the heart by Thy Word, for Thy Word quickeneth and comforteth. Take away fretful anxiety and grant calmness, patience, and grace to do all things as unto Christ. Let Thy presence be felt, let Thy Spirit guard the heart, and establish Thy servant to be faithful and gentle in every good word and work this day. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who has vanquished all our fears and whispers peace within by His blood, we ask it. Amen.
