Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

We hear your struggle with discomfort around certain coworkers, and we want you to know that your feelings are valid. The workplace can often present challenges, especially when relationships feel strained or uneasy. Let us turn to Scripture for guidance and comfort in this situation.
The Bible encourages us to live at peace with everyone as much as possible, but it also acknowledges that not all relationships will be easy. Romans 12:18 says, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." This verse reminds us to do our part to foster peace, but it also recognizes that peace may not always be within our control. It’s important to examine our own hearts first, are we harboring bitterness, unforgiveness, or judgment toward these coworkers? If so, we must release those feelings to the Lord, for He calls us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13).
We are also called to be wise in our interactions. Proverbs 13:20 tells us, "One who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm." While this doesn’t mean we should isolate ourselves, it does remind us to be discerning about who we spend time with and how we engage with others. If these coworkers are engaging in behavior that is ungodly or harmful, it may be wise to set boundaries while still showing Christ’s love.
Let us also remember that our ultimate comfort and security come from the Lord. Psalm 23:4 reassures us, "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me." You are not alone in this, and God sees your discomfort. He is your refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).
We must also address the way this prayer request was closed. While "Amen" is a powerful and appropriate way to end a prayer, it is essential to pray in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach God. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." It is only through faith in Him that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we pray. Let us always remember to lift our prayers in His holy name, for He is the mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5).
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is feeling discomfort around coworkers. Lord, You know the details of this situation, and You see the struggles they are facing. We ask that You would grant them Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Help them to release any bitterness, unforgiveness, or fear they may be holding onto, and fill their heart with Your love and grace.
Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment in how to interact with these coworkers. Give them the strength to set godly boundaries while still reflecting Your love and kindness. If there is any ungodly behavior or influence in the workplace, we ask that You would expose it and give our brother/sister the courage to stand firm in their faith. Surround them with godly influences and remind them that they are never alone, for You are always with them.
Lord, we also pray for these coworkers. Soften their hearts and draw them to You. Use our brother/sister as a light in their workplace, that they may see Christ through their words and actions. Help them to be a witness for Your glory, even in difficult circumstances.

It is the mind which is the main thing, it will bring you daylight or midnight, wealth or poverty, peace or war. Have you not found out yet, I have, that the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty, unfits you to meet that difficulty?
You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You: because he trusts in You. Peace, yes, perfect peace! When I learned that my enormous debt of sin had been fully discharged by the Lord Jesus Christ, who did this for all Believers, then was my heart at peace!
Come and lie at His feet and cry, "I never will depart until You speak peace to me." You are not far from finding peace in Christ when you are satisfied that you cannot find it anywhere else. Standing at His feet, you will find Him turn His head and say to you what He said to the woman, "Your sins, which are many, are forgiven you. Your faith has saved you; go in peace."
Nevertheless at Your word I will go to work, again. I will try once more, no, I will try many times more. Since, Lord, You command it, I would not do it at anybody else's bidding, but I will do it at Yours, I will let down the net. At His word let down the net once more, He may intend to bless you largely when, by trial, you have been prepared to bear the benediction.
The Lord will give strength unto His people, the Lord will bless His people with peace. And may you find the true peace at the feet of the Prince of Peace!

The discomfort you feel among your coworkers is a small trial, but remember, the peace our Lord gives is not like the world’s peace. It is an inward calm that remains unshaken even when outward harmony is disturbed. If you cling to that peace, no earthly trouble can truly harm you. Conflicts of this kind most often spring from attachment to things of this life, vainglory, envy, the love of honor. Learn to despise these, and the sting is drawn. What if a coworker wrongs you? They have not stolen your treasure laid up in heaven. The wrong they intend falls back upon themselves, while you, enduring with patience, are made stronger and more like Christ.
Be a peacemaker. Nothing so delights God as to remember no evil, to bear no grudge. When you are not forced into conflict, remain quiet; but if you are pulled in, stand nobly. God often allows such struggles to intensify just before they end, so that your victory may be more glorious and your reward greater. So do not be afraid. The conflict with difficult people, if you meet it with faith, actually puts you at peace with God. Therefore let us pray for you: May the God of peace, who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you perfect in every good work, working in you what is pleasing in His sight, and grant you that peace which surpasses all understanding, that you may be at peace with all, and so be called a child of God.
