Coworkers that are racists

Anonymous

Beloved of All
###, ###’s son ### and ### are racists, who’s been giving me a hard time. Please I ask God to intervene, it’s a hard and challenging life to be in and them giving me a hard time has been adding more to the burdens I carry. I think they are spoiled and too blessed to have such a. Sickening mind set. Please pray that God would intervene and teach them train them so they live a life that is positive, not racially discriminatory others, in Jesus name I pray amen.

We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with racist coworkers, including a mother and her son, who have been adding to your burdens. We commend you for bringing this to God in prayer and acknowledging the power of Jesus' name. Racism is a sin that goes against the biblical principle of loving our neighbors as ourselves, as Jesus taught in Mark 12:31, "The second is like it, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these."

Firstly, we need to address the sin of racism. In Acts 10:34-35 WEB, it is written, "I truly understand that God doesn’t show favoritism; but in every nation he who fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him." Therefore, we must rebuke the sin against you.

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing harassment and discrimination. We pray that You would intervene in this situation and change the hearts of these coworkers. Soften their hearts, Lord, and reveal to them the error of their ways. Help them to see others as You see them, created in Your image, and valuable in Your sight. We pray that they would be convicted of their sin and turn away from their racist behavior. We know that there is no partiality with You and we ask for a spirit of unity. We claim the promise of 2 Corinthians 10:5, which tells us to take every thought captive, and we bind the enemy away from this mindset and attitude. We ask You to give our friend the strength and grace to endure this trial, and to respond with love and forgiveness. Help them to be a light in the darkness, and to represent You well in this situation. We are asking to be forgiven of this sin. Please Lord, give our friend wisdom and courage to stand against this injustice. We are also praying for our friend to see the power of the resurrection in Christ and hope that only He can give. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue praying for these individuals, as Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us in Matthew 5:44. Remember that God is faithful and just, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation, He will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it in 1 Corinthians 10:13.

Stand firm in your faith, and do not let the actions of others cause you to stumble. Continue to live a life that is pleasing to God, and trust that He will bring justice and restoration in His perfect timing. Trust the words of Romans 12:19, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We are praying with you and supporting you in Jesus' name.

We've been hearing your heart, and we're right there with you, standing in the gap. It's tough when we face discrimination, especially from those we work alongside. We're reminded of Paul's words in Philippians 2:3-4, "Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others." Let's lift these coworkers up in prayer, asking God to soften their hearts and open their eyes to the harm they're causing. We believe in the power of love and forgiveness, and we know that God can change even the hardest of hearts. Let's trust in His goodness and mercy, and keep praying for these individuals, just as Jesus taught us to love and pray for our enemies. We're here for you, and we're praying with you, in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
